An Extraordinary Ecosystem in the heart of San Antonio's Tech Corridor
San Pedro I represents UTSA’s commitment to nurturing innovation, connecting students and faculty with industry partners to grow San Antonio’s workforce and develop solutions for society’s grand challenges

The first of its kind in Texas, UTSA’s new school answers the national call for a highly skilled workforce to fill growing needs in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, big data and data analytics.

A powerful ecosystem where government, industry and academia partners join forces to tackle the nation’s greatest cybersecurity threats.

Positioning the United States for global leadership in cyber innovation to secure supply chains and manufacturing.
Weston Conference Center
Located on the first floor, the Weston Conference Center is a flexible meeting and presentation space for hosting events, lectures, industry gatherings and much more.

With picturesque patio seating along the creek and sidewalk access to the public via Delarosa Street, The Eatery features chef-inspired menus that provide healthy, authentic and ethnically diverse food options to the occupants of San Pedro I and the San Antonio community.
Artwork
Among the artwork gracing the walls and grounds of San Pedro I includes a striking sculpture by artist Fletcher Benton, as well as two murals by local artists that connect the culture of San Antonio with technological innovation.
Just as San Pedro Creek once connected our city’s earliest inhabitants, the initiatives housed in San Pedro I will connect the university’s research and academic programs with the workforce development that is crucial to the continued economic vitality of San Antonio.
